| The Assurance Services provided by Penrod & George are of the highest quality, and this has been recognized in our peer review process. The CPA profession requires all practicing CPA firms who conduct audits to undergo a rigorous evaluation of auditing practices, workpapers, and financial statements every three years. The peer review is conducted by another CPA firm.
In our last peer review, Penrod & George received an Unqualified Opinion as to the quality of our audit and review services. Not only did we receive an Unqualified Opinion, but we did not receive a Letter of Comment during our last two peer reviews. We take special pride in the fact that our peer reviewer indicated that he had only reviewed two other firms that did not receive a Letter of Comment. We provide our audit clients with a high level of efficiency from year-to-year and the most effective application of Accounting and Auditing Standards. We will conduct extensive up front planning to help minimize the cost and duration of our audits. We stay in touch with our audit clients throughout the year to help them address issues as they arise. This service approach helps to eliminate surprises during year-end work.

| Our Strategic Planning service focuses in on the entire organization and management team. We have trained professionals who can lead you through the entire planning process and help the company focus on its "big picture" and future results. Our main goal is to help you focus on the critical success factors of your company and the implementation of these factors.
The first step in the planning process is a meeting between the CEO and/or business owner and one of our professional consultants. We will discuss the general plan during this meeting and the desired outcomes. The second step is a one or two day planning session with the entire management team. During this session, we will lead the team through a SWOT analysis and introduce other management tools, which we feel are necessary. This is a very critical step in the process, because the best ideas and thoughts typically will come from the management team, and we need their honest thoughts and ideas to make the planning session successful.
The final step in the process is to identify the critical success factors that were discovered through the SWOT analysis. We will identify three to five of the most critical success factors and set goals related to these factors that should be obtained in the following twelve months.
